His love of skiing, running, golf, and tennis drove our decision to start this foundation. Our hope is to provide the opportunity for children to experience the same love of sports that Ric had by involving them in activities they would otherwise not have access to. Grants will be distributed to chosen applicants, allowing them to attend a sports related camp. The foundation will provide all necessary equipment for the camp, along with tuition and expenses.

To initially fund the foundation, the family provided a gift. Our goal is to raise enough money through our charitable golf tournament, held annually in August, to sustain the foundation going forward.
