The 2009 golf tournament will be once again be held at the beautiful Eau Claire Golf & Country Club in Eau Claire, WI on Monday, August 24th 2009. The tournament will be a four person scramble with a 12:30pm shotgun start. Teams will compete in a number of on-course events in addition to the low total. Golf will be followed by a reception and dinner at the club. Invitations for this year's tournament will be sent in the spring. Pricing The entry fee for the tournament will be $125 per player. Entry includes the round of golf with cart, dinner at the reception, and prizes for events held throughout the tournament. For those that don't wish to play golf, or cannot make the tournament, we would still like you to join us for dinner and the reception. Dinner only pricing will be $50 per person. Hole Sponsors We are currently seeking hole sponsors for the tournament as well. Sponsorship will cost $850 per hole. The donation covers the entry fee of four participants of your choice in the tournament, along with dinner and prizes for events held througout the tournament. Your donation will also include a sign that will be placed on your hole, naming you or your organization as the hole sponsor. We are also once again offering half hole sponsorships. The cost is $425 and the donation includes entry fee for two golfers, along with dinner and prizes for events held throughout the tournament. Your donation will also include a shared sign to be placed on the hole, naming you or your organization as the hole sponsor. We are a non-profit organization on record with the IRS under Public Charity Status 170 (b)(1)(A)(vi) and your donations, including entry fees for the tournament, are tax deductible.
